Groningen Airport Eelde (GAE) offers website visitors the opportunity to create their personal luggage labels. In this way data records are generated and word-of-mouth communication is encouraged. The label-distribution is stimulated through a door-to-door flyer-campaign.

CAMPAIGN SETUP Visit the GAE website and create your own luggage labels. Upload a personal photo or select one of the GAE visuals, and receive them free of charge at your home address. The tags are visible as they hang on suitcases and bags.
OBJECTIVES AND TARGET GROUP • Target group: inhabitants of the five northern Dutch provinces • Increasing awareness around GAE and its possibilities • Generate profiles and e-mail records of the target group • Provide brand ambassadors a tool to stimulate word of mouth
